All payments made to LandinChat are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or charge reversals under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Business closure

  • Technical misunderstanding

  • User error

  • Failure to cancel subscription

  • Incompatibility with third-party services

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

  • Account restrictions caused by third-party platforms

  • Temporary downtime or service interruptions

  • Campaign performance results

  • Delivery or response rates

  • Marketing outcomes

  • Failure to achieve expected ROI

Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed.


2. Subscription Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Canceling subscriptions before renewal dates

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.


3. Free Trials & Demos

Where available, users are encouraged to:

Purchasing the service indicates that the user has independently evaluated the platform and accepted its functionality.


4. Digital Product Nature

LandinChat provides digital software services, APIs, automation systems, and business tools.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to software, all sales are considered final.

Users gain access to proprietary systems, infrastructure, intellectual property, and software resources immediately after purchase.

Therefore, refunds are not provided.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks after receiving access to the platform may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Access revocation

  • Legal recovery actions

  • Reporting to payment processors or fraud monitoring systems

Users agree to contact support before initiating any payment dispute.


6. Exceptional Situations

In rare situations, SaaS Solutions, LLC may choose to issue credits or resolutions entirely at its sole discretion.

Such actions:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Do not establish future obligations

  • Do not modify this Refund Policy

We are not responsible for refunds related to:

  • WhatsApp restrictions

  • Meta policy enforcement

  • Hosting providers

  • Third-party APIs

  • Payment gateways

  • External software integrations

  • Telecom providers

Issues caused by third-party platforms do not qualify for refunds.
